About this Design

A cartoonish stack of money with arms, legs, and a face is happily walking while holding a sack with a dollar sign. The text above reads 'THE SYSTEM IS WORKING' and below, 'EXACTLY LIKE WE INTENDED'. The character is styled retro, with a top hat, and gives a thumbs-up.

Behind this design

TheWestwood

@thewestwood

The system isn’t broken. It’s working exactly like we intended. A cheerful cash mascot hauls away the money in this retro toon take on capitalism, wealth inequality, corporate greed, and the increasingly suspicious feeling that maybe this was the plan all along.
