About this Design

A playful cartoon design featuring a bear wearing sunglasses, set against a sunny beach with a palm tree, blue sky, and seagulls. The scene has a vintage, distressed texture and includes the text 'Meanwhile... In California' in a comic strip style. It's a fun and quirky representation of California's beach culture.
