About this Design

A black and white drawing of a construction worker and a turtle. The construction worker is holding a sign that says 'SLOW,' while the turtle, standing to the right and using one of its legs to prop itself up, holds a sign that says 'RUDE.' The scene portrays humor by juxtaposing the typical 'SLOW' warning with the turtle's response.
