About this Design

The image depicts a detailed skull made up of numerous sleeping cats, arranged to maintain the skull's shape. Each cat is outlined in a sketchy style, with varying sizes and orientations, creating a contrast between the cute and the macabre. The use of black and white emphasizes the intricate details and gives the composition a tattoo-like appearance, with a whimsical yet dark undertone.

@kookylove

A purr-fectly dark optical illusion. "Meowmeownto Mori" masterfully blends cute and creepy, arranging a huddle of sleeping cats into the shape of a skull. Designed with a distressed, artisanal linocut texture, the solid black negative space defines the hauntingly beautiful details. A must-have graphic tee for fans of vintage block prints, clever wordplay, and mysterious feline energy.
