About this Design

The image features a cartoon-style pink intestine character with a sad expression and a tear. It is wrapped in a toilet paper roll with text 'keepin' it diarrheal'. The design also displays brown splatters underneath, suggesting a playful, humorous take on digestive issues.

@iheartguts

The “Keepin’ It Diarrheal” design by I Heart Guts is for those who believe humor should be just as unstoppable as their worst food decisions. Bold, unapologetic, and guaranteed to make people do a double take (and maybe take a step back), this design is a celebration of chaos, honesty, and the kind of gut wrenching reality we all face.
