About this Design
This image is a retro horror movie poster titled 'Bite of the Reptile Woman.' It features a monstrous reptilian woman with terrifying teeth and bulging eyes, alongside dramatic text promising 'cold-blooded chills.' There is a smaller image of a woman in transition to a reptile, and text about the transformation. The red and yellow text, along with dramatic elements, evoke classic B-movie aesthetics.

“Bite of the Reptile Woman” was released in 1957 as the first movie to use “Atomic Scope”, a proprietary filming process created to incorporate color imagery into an otherwise black and white movie. For example, in Reptile Woman, we follow the heroine’s scaly green hand as it reaches through an open window, while all other parts of the shot remain black and white.
